Prints are produced on demand with a turnaround time of 7-10 business days. In the unlikely event of a delay, you will be contacted via email and given the option to cancel with a full refund. Once produced, the shipment will be prepared and you will be emailed a tracking number.
Delivery times and postage costs are dependant on the destination address and the option chosen at the point of purchase. A signature upon delivery will be required. Any taxes associated with import into countries outside Canada are the responsibility of the purchaser at the pre-designated rate as determined by the import country.
Prints will arrive shipped flat in a protective layer of glassine in a rigid mailer.
If you are not entirely satisfied or change your mind regarding your purchase, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. A full refund will be made providing that the goods are returned in the original packaging and in its original condition. Please email me to advise of any return before sending back. The postage for returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless the reason for the return is due to defective or damaged goods.
Giclée is a French term meaning “to spray”, referring to how an inkjet printer produces works. All prints use Epson’s highest grade archival pigment inks so that your print is truly archival and with proper care should last up to 200-400 years.
